Refund policy

Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of receiving the item to be eligible for a Full Value Refund.

Refund Policy:

Jewelry items with a value of up to ₹2 lakh per piece are eligible for a full refund. Items valued above ₹2 lakh are not eligible for a full refund.

Items to accompany the Return product:

All returns must be made in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition, free from scratches, damage, or alterations. Along with the returned product, please include:

1. The corresponding Jewellery Certificate
2. The original invoice copy

Full Value Refund Amount:

The Full Value Refund will be 100% of the actual amount paid. However, if a coupon, discount, or promo code was applied during the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the final invoice value, accounting for the discount or offer used.

Damaged or Modified Products:

Items that have been damaged or changed outside the company’s guidelines (for example, if repaired or modified by third parties) will not qualify for a full value refund.

Refund timeline:

All Full Value Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product is received and passes the mandatory quality check process.

Exclusions:

Products labeled as LTE (Life-Time Exchange) are not included in this return and exchange policy because of their exclusive and time-sensitive nature.
