Buyback & Exchange

We provide a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases* made from Arvaa. The product, along with its original certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value. Deductions will be made for making charges, taxes, and a processing fee of Rs. 1,000. If you received any discounts or free gifts with your purchase, the value of the discount or gift will be deducted accordingly.

For Lifetime Buyback:

  1. Diamond Jewellery: 100% of gold value at current market value. 80% of diamond value at current market value.
  2. Plain Gold Jewellery: 100% of gold value at current market value.
  3. Loose Diamonds: 80% of diamond value at current market value.

For Lifetime Exchange:

  1. Diamond Jewellery: 100% of gold value at current market value. 100% of diamond value at current market value.
  2. Plain Gold Jewellery: 100% of gold value at current market value.
  3. Loose Diamonds: 80% of diamond value at current market value.

*Current market value will be determined on the date of buyback or exchange

Important Notes:

  1. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for buyback/exchange.
  2. All items will be assessed for defects, weights, and originality.
  3. Products bought from any place other than Arvaa stores or Arvaa website will not be eligible for buyback/exchange.
  4. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/diamonds/stones/making charges value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buyback/exchange and then buyback/exchange value will be calculated.
  5. All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the product, after it passes the quality check.
