Shipping policy
We provide FREE shipping on all orders within India. For items marked as "Available in Stock," shipping will take between 48 – 72 hours. For Make-to-Order items, please expect delivery within 15 business days. All shipments are fully insured. We recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage or tampering before accepting or signing for the delivery.
For our Indian customers, once your item is packed, it will be shipped at no extra cost via our trusted logistics partners, including BVC Logistics, Sequel, DTDC, Bluedart, and others.

Every jewelry order from us is delivered in secure, tamper-evident packaging. Whether it's a piece of jewelry or a solitaire, your item will arrive in a premium Arvaa's box, complete with the necessary certificates for authenticity.
